Arms Unlimited generally ships orders for in-stock items within 24-48 hours using USPS or UPS. If flat rate shipping is selected a provider will be selected based upon the size, contents, and value of the product being shipped at the discretion of Arms Unlimited. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses will be shipped via USPS. All shipping times are approximate based upon estimates from the shipping carriers, we do not and can not guarantee delivery times, once the package leaves our facility the shipping carrier is in control of that package.

Return PolicyCustomer service is a priority at Arms Unlimited. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to correct the situation to your satisfaction. Because of the costs involved with returning products, it is always best to contact us with any questions you may have about our products before you place an order. All products are brand new and covered under the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified. Product defects must be handled by contacting the manufacturer directly. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of delivery of your order. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Arms Unlimited. Please contact us to process a return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. No returns on ammunition or firearms. Return Requirements:
A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging or on the receipt that accompanied your order. Please DO NOT place any labels, write on, or attempt to ship back your return item in just the manufacturers box. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. If your shipping carrier has lost or damaged your package, please contact them directly. Arms Unlimited - Returns Cancelations:We do not guarantee cancelations. If an order is placed and for any reason a request is made to cancel the order, we will do our best to cancel that order but if we are unable to do so the order will be subject to our return policy and applicable restocking fees. We strongly encourage our customers to know what they are purchasing before placing an order.Pricing and AvailabilityAll pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Magazine Restrictions:There are currently no federal restrictions on the sale of high capacity magazines, but several states do have their own restrictions. Orders canceled due to conflict with state or local laws are subject to a 15% cancelation fee.California: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE ok with credentials Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds, LE ok with credentials Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE ok with credentials. As of 10/1/13 in order to comply with CT Senate Bill No. 1160 magazines holding 10 rounds or less can only be purchased if buyer provides a copy of driver's license and ONE of the following: state handgun carry permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate. District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds, Including LE Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE ok with credentials Illinois: Aurora: maximum capacity of 15 rounds. Cook County: maximum capacity of 10 rounds. Chicago: maximum capacity of 12 rounds, Franklin Park: maximum capacity of 16 rounds. Oak Park: maximum capacity of 10 rounds. Riverdale: maximum capacity of 35 rounds. Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE ok with credentials Massachusetts: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE ok with credentials (including retired) New Jersey: No magazines over 10 rounds, Including LE New York: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE ok with credentials Vermont: No magazines over 10 rounds (rifles), and 15 rounds (handguns) Washington: No magazines over 10 rounds (STARTING JULY 1 2022) Military APO/FPO: Due to ITAR we can not ship to overseas military bases, we can ship to a CONUS military base Firearms Restrictions:Specific types of firearms may be restricted or outright prohibited in your area, we can not list every restriction due to the constant changes made by legislators. It is your responsibility to know your state and local laws. Firearms deemed "assault weapons" are prohibited for sale to individuals (law enforcement officers may or may not be exempt, direct agency sales are always exempt) in states such as California, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey. Orders canceled due to conflict with state or local laws are subject to a 15% cancelation fee.Firearms, suppressors, receivers, actions, and frame sales are regulated by federal law and require an FFL to ship. Such orders will be held until we obtain and verify your FFL. Valid FFL requirements are as follows: A current copy with an original signature! If it has been changed or altered in any way it will be considered invalid. FFL purchases will only be sent to the address on the FFL - no exceptions. We will keep your FFL on file until it expires, at which time you will need to send a renewed copy. Failure to provide a valid FFL for a firearm order within 30 days will result in order cancelation and a 15% cancelation fee. Export Policy and Restrictions: Arms Unlimited does export controlled items. Please email sales@armsunlimited.com if you have questions about export sales, for detailed information see our export sales page. The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control administer export control regulations that affect some aspects of our business. We request that you (the "Customer") read and familiarize yourself with the following information regarding certain applicable export regulations. The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product prohibited or restricted for export without complying with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation or authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. Arms Unlimited will not proceed with any transaction that requires the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products. An accurate Automated Export System (AES) filing must be made, whether or not the exportation requires a license. If you wish to purchase an item for ultimate shipment or use outside of the United States, please be aware an export license may be required to do so. Depending on the value of the order, specific item(s), end user, country of ultimate destination and end use, Several items on our website may require an export license. Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and export is strictly prohibited without authorization or a license issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any ITAR restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require Arms Unlimited to export such items, unless Arms Unlimited is aware of the export and has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from Arms Unlimited without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iii) the Customer does not intend to export, transfer, sell, or furnish the item to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the U.S., including any Foreign Embassy in the U.S., without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iv) the Customer understands that a foreign person under the ITAR § 120.16 means "any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20) or who is not a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)," and can mean "any foreign corporation, business association, trust, society, or any other entity or group that is not incorporated or organized to do business in the U.S., as well as international organizations, foreign governments, and any agency or subdivisions of government (e.g. diplomatic missions)" (See ITAR § 120.16); (v) the Customer is a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR § 120.15, meaning the Customer is a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20), or is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or is a "corporation, business association, partnership, society, trust, or any other entity, organization or group that is incorporated to do business in the U.S., or is a governmental (federal, state, or local) entity" (See ITAR § 120.15).Export Administration Regulations (EAR): Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and export may be restricted by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security. Important Export Restrictions Warning! (1) Export of some Arms Unlimited products is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. 120-130) or a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in accordance with theExport Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 C.F.R. 730-774). (2) U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be aware of these lists, which can be found at the following U.S. Government websites. By proceeding with any transaction, the Customer certifies that the Customer will not engage in any unauthorized transaction involving the export of any products sold by Arms Unlimited to any restricted parties or destinations. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from Arms Unlimited, the Customer certifies that he/she will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies.
