Unraveled stitching - Poor customer service |

When it arrived the quality looked good. Upon inspection the stitching on one mag pouch was pulling apart. I never inserted a mag into any of the pouches. I just wanted to exchange it for one that wasn't defective. AU's solution was to credit me $5 and me keep a falling apart Bando. I don't care about the money I just want a working product. I was shocked. All my purchases from AU had been great but this poor customer service blew me away. How does this resolution fix the issue? Fortunately, I didn't learn this lesson from an expensive purchase. This is their AU branded item, not a 3rd party "manufacturer". By their own return policy they're responsible to make it right. Who sells something defective and says, what we can do is give you 5 bucks back? It's unfix able due to the design witch is solid if you get one that's not falling apart out of the package. AU no more. Just a true shame, I really liked these guys.
